I’ve read this article and I’m still not really sure what is going on. I suppose that is the way the law is these days. All I know is the last question is priceless.

If you lose this suit and the court orders you to pay 38 quadrillion dollars, how are you gonna pay?

Gee, If I make $500,000/year and they garnish 90% of my wages, then I will only have to work until I’m a little over 84 billion.

Of course that just makes a sucker out of the plaintiff. Even if the Mayan calendar thing is wrong, the universe will have collapsed long before he ever gets his pay.

It’s like an insta-bankrupt attack. Like back in the SNES days and playing final fantasy and you get to a high level and you are attacked by a butterfly with 3 hp and you do a whirlwind attack for 300,000 damage–splat– butterfly is now defeated.

You don’t even have to add up all your assets and properties and what not. Just take off your pants and walk away.
