National Novel Writing Month
And so begins NaNoWriMo 2009
by James on Nov.01, 2009, under National Novel Writing Month
With the stoke of midnight in each time zone around the world, thousands of writers pick up the pen and answer the challenge that is Nation Novel Writing Month.
As with all challenges many will try but few will succeed in having put at least 50,000 words to paper by the end of the month.
I wish everyone who is taking part the best of luck and every encouragement. Stick with it and you will persevere and even if you don’t NaNoWriMo is far more about the journey than it is the end anyway.
NaNoWriMo Title Cover

I have finally selected a title for my NaNo. I have also put together a cover for it, it didn’t quite turn out the way I wanted to because my skills with GIMP are shit, but I think it works all right. A synopsis:
Carter Pearson’s life has been going down hill; his mother recently committed suicide and his uncle has been murdered. Because of this, he has returned to the home town that he hasn’t seen in fifteen years. Dark secrets await him in Arkham and darker things lurk there.
My profile can be found here. Wish me luck.

National Novel Writing Month
National Novel Writing Month is almost upon us, eight days to be exact. I have decided to participate this year and will talk about the experience from time to time. It should be interesting. I hope that having a dead line will prompt me to actually follow throw with the writing this time.
